Chip Rule serves as Director of Client Services with Town and Country Property Network. Chip brings hands-on understanding experience from his 18+ years of successful & award winning career in small town, rural and country Real Estate Brokerage, combined with 14+ years of specialized expertise in marketing of Real Estate listings through his own developed & designed real estate web sites, which implemented some of the most creative yet functional methods of advertising, lead generation & contact management - available at that time - to rural & country real estate brokers & agents.
Today, Chip Rule continues the advancement, achievement & success of the Real Estate Client Offices, Brokers & Agents of Town and Country Property Network. Through state of the art technology, ongoing implementation of new, creative & dynamic marketing strategies, and "common sense" methods of personal assistance & mentoring in this new age of Real Estate advertising in a rapidly changing market.
